Cyanotype
The photographic process of cyanotype allows me to collaborate with chance while capturing the essence of a physical reality. The blues are the result of the UV reaction with Potassium Ferricyanide and Ferric Ammonium Citrate, but they mimic how we see water better than most paint can. Ironically, it is water itself that causes the blue to be lighter.
